Dip
dye equipment is a must equipment nowadays for the latest fashion trend to
produce various dyeing effect for cotton T-shirt, crew neck, skirt, long dress
with direct or reactive dye. The garments are first put into hangers, than hang
onto the dyeing racks. The up & down displacement of the racks would
control the dyeing effect. The machine is also equipped with automatic timer
and temperature control. Our machine is equipped with hydraulic pump to control
the up & down motion which contribute to the best dip dye
effect.

for dip dye with multi-color.Automatic up and down motion. Motion speed is
adjustable between 4-5cm in one sec, and also the displacement starting point.
Auto Time control, automatic stop when the preset time reached. Circulation
pump and dosing tank for dyes dosage is optional.
Made from
highest quality stainless steel. Use hydraulic pump to control the up and down
motion for a very smooth operation. Oscillating device is optional.
